My original order had issues with Royal Mail but Annabelle was so quick at responding to my emails and sent me another order. Which I received and she gifted me another bookmark because of what happened. I will order again and recommend her. Her artwork is amazing

I purchased two pet commissions recently for Christmas presents, I was so pleased with the first I ordered another.
over all I was over the moon with my commissions they were an amazing likeness from such an amazing talent which were loved by my family members on Christmas Day .
My Only criticism is the communication and the duration of time that the whole process took. It took several emails chasing updates with news of completion and delivery .
I Only just manage to get them before they were needed at Christmas,
Even though i left plenty of time for them to be done . It was all worth it for the end result and was fully compensated with a lovely note and some gifts. Would definitely recommend
